The Muszyna-Wierchomla Ski Valley station is located on the picturesque north-western slopes of Pusta Wielka (1062 m a.s.l.). It is included in the forefront of the most modern and the most dynamically developing ski resorts in Poland. It covers an area of over 100 ha and was the first in Poland to connect two localities with a system of lifts - Wierchomla and Muszyna-Szczawnik. Snow stays from November to April and the temperature is 4 degrees lower than in nearby towns. Ski enthusiasts have at their disposal varied routes, wide slopes and excellent infrastructure: - 2 chair lifts, - 9 T-bar lifts, - 6 km of illuminated runs, - equipment rental and ski service, - equipment storage, - licensed ski school and kindergarten. The total capacity of the lifts is 11 thousand. people per hour. Thanks to the location of the ski facilities on a large area, the downhill runs are wide and no heavy tourist traffic is felt.
