The Old Spa House is a magnificent building built in the Neo-Renaissance style resembling a palace with a rich architectural design, located at Aleja Leona Nowotarski 2 in Krynica-Zdrój. The building was formerly called the Zdrojowy Railway Station and was designed in 1889 by two architects Julian Niedzielski and Jan Zawiejski. It is located at the "Krynicki Promenade" opposite the Concert Shell and main pump room, and 800 m from the train and bus stations. The rear of the Old Spa House overlooks the so-called Dietl Boulevards on Kryniczanka. This facility has the most beautiful ballroom in southern Poland, where wonderful balls and banquets were held. They were often prepared in honor of the most important guests staying in Krynica, among others Marshal Józef Piłsudski, which was commemorated on the front of the building with a commemorative plaque. The Old Spa House next to the Main Pump Room is the most recognizable building in Krynica. In addition, it appears on bottles and other packaging of all mineral waters of Krynica. The building has a water pump room and Mieczysław source.
