A wooden historic Roman Catholic church in the village of Andrzejówka located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship as one of 237 objects. It was built in the nineteenth century, originally as a Greek Catholic church. Dormition of the Mother of God. He began to serve as a Roman Catholic church in 1947. The temple is chakarkerized with a three-part structure. It has a pole tower, which once housed a women's gallery, a framework presbytery and a nave built on a square plan. During the times of the former church, its walls were covered with shingles. Inside the building there is a nineteenth-century polychrome and iconostasis from the same period. In the main nave there are two 18th-century altars depicting the Crucifixion and a picture from the cross, as well as feretrons showing the figure of the Virgin Mary with the Child and Saint Barbara.
